Project Description

Located in the thriving North York district, this contemporary residential project at 126 Santa Barbara Rd showcases a minimalist yet high-impact cladding design. This build features a refined combination of charcoal-toned aluminum composite panels paired with warm wood composite fluted panels, offering both visual contrast and architectural harmony.

BuildSky handled the full scope of supply, fabrication, and installation. The client’s vision called for a modern, durable facade that would not only boost curb appeal but also withstand Toronto’s seasonal extremes. Our solution balanced elegance with function—applying precision-cut ACM to create sharp edges and wrapping warm fluted accents between window frames for added texture and rhythm.

The result is a modern facade that feels upscale and thoughtfully executed. This project is a strong example of our ability to deliver architectural cladding solutions that combine innovation, aesthetic quality, and long-term durability.
